What sample article you show to your potential writer?

Pretty self explanatory - Is there any specific super high quality articles which you have bookmarked to show your writers where they much reach to for the perfect result for your blog post? Or just see what they do on their own?

As well, what is the easiest way to get GOOD student writers? Am struggling with that.

Ask for samples, then try them out with small orders. It's really a hit or miss when it comes to hiring writers for the first time.
 
Advertise, set your criteria and check fully samples sent in.

I've had writers send me samples which were perfect, yet the submitted work was nowhere near as good.

Easiest way to avoid this is to see samples of published work.
Be clear in what you want, need and expectations.

You mean you would ask them to send you published works of their clients?
I would never, ever send clients articles to anyone. And I think it's wrong for any writer to do that. If I really want to work with you but you are skeptical about my work, I would offer you a trial sample instead of sending another client's content to you.

Sorry, you misunderstood me. I have a writer who has written in NY Times who I use, I also use another who has written articles on Forbes. Also students who have had papers published.
I wasn't meaning clients work. If anyone sent me samples of a clients work, I'd never consider hiring them, as for all I know they're going to then share my articles.

What I do though with new writers, I send them a complete NDA which includes that they will never share articles, keywords, topics etc and anyone I ever found doing so, I'd take legal action if it was viable.
 
I don't use any article templates/sample articles for the writer to go by. Instead I use this as my vetting process:
  • Tell them a notice before hand that there are most likely going to be revisions needed when they first start out
  • Give clear instructions on the tone of the article. For example, if I needed material for a keto website, I tell them that their going to be writing from the perception of a female who wishes to lose weight via the keto diet. Therefore, the writer should make it personable (humor/witt), knowledgeable, and relatable to people in the weight loss niche. This is very important. If you don't give them the "shoes" in which they will fit, you will get a bunch of random tones (overly scienetifc, immature, etc.)
  • Give clear instructions on what the article needs to contain (how many bullet point lists, the amount of keywords, topics/subtopics)
  • After the first article is written, I revise it with a highlighted copy of what they should fix ( each highlighted color signifying a different mistake)
Afterwards, the completed version is usually on par with my standards and the writer has a clear understanding what I am looking for in the future.

Of course I want writer to work below market value. Are you here to make money or play Jesus?

What I was looking for when starting this post is some articles which you show to writer from top notch review websites, which you think are masterpieces. So they have a sample to work by.

Regarding student articles, do you look for specific countries students, on specific platforms or through fb group or what is the best way nowadays?

You get what you pay for, my friend. If you want writers that work below market value, set your expectations right and be prepared for a quality that's below the market standard.

You have no idea what term "below market value" means don't you? It means same quality for lower cost, at expense of longer writer search time at this case.
 
I simply pay 30$ x 1 article and I don't need to talk with him more than 10 words. Hire professional writer and save the hassle
