There are many opinions about how often to post on social platforms.
I’d like to understand how members here generally think about posting frequency and consistency.

It really varies depending on the social network, but generally 3 times a week is sufficient. At first, it may be better to post more frequently. e.g. on TikTok, it works better to be consistent with posting (even if they are established accounts).

In my experience, consistency matters more than posting very frequently. It’s better to have a realistic schedule you can maintain long-term than to post a lot for a short period and then stop. Quality and audience response usually matter more than hitting a specific number of posts per day or week
