I recently got into twitter to promote my site, what results in a better followback? Following others? Favoriting? Etc?

If someone sees that your tweets are good and somehow meaningful people will follow back for sure.

- be interactive with your current followers
- post only meaningful stuff
- create authority (if someone sees that your page was followed by thousands of people they will follow also)

follow others. I suggest you go to some competitor and follow the ppl who have liked or twitted their twits in the last few days

This is what I do also. I follow people following one of the influencers in my niche.
