I have a few domains but I want to buy a few more. I'm not happy with 1and1.com but I'm kinda new so maybe its my fault. I know how to change the DNS but it won't let me, keeps saying invalid address but I'm 100% its not invalid... Anyway I want to use a different registrar this time and maybe transfer the domains I own over.

I just bought one from namecheap.com and it was like $11 which is fine but it did say .88 cent domains on the homepage but it was misleading IMO. Anything but 1and1 is my advice for any noobs reading this.

I read one 1and1.com that I can't transfer my new domains for 60 days! These mothers fuckers are annoying me with all the little bs....any way around this???

Namecheap all the way. They are great, I never had problems with them. And Namesilo. They are pretty cheap and offer free WHOIS on all domains.

Well, I think I need to switch from Shitdaddy to namescheap too, because the renewal fee on Godaddy fucked me!

namecheap.com I would say. Newbie friendly and awesome customer service... I'm trying to transfer a few domains from shitdaddy to namecheap too but this 60 days hold is a pain.

There're many big guys in domain industry that you can rely on, however according to me, there're 3 big guys that I usually use to invest a large number of domain on them. 3 of them are Godaddy and Namecheap and Domain dot com

With Godaddy, I usually get big discounts via email, the most percent discount I've got are 40% off, 30% off and 25% off on new orders. More, they have a very professional and comfortable control panel that can help me much in domain management. Very easy to transfer or renew when I need to do. When my domains get expiring, I've always get notification by them, that's very good.

With Namecheap, they have a very good and friendly support team that can help you almost instantly, I've contact them many times and each time was let me very happy and rate them 5 stars in supporting. Namecheap also give monthly coupons that can help you save 25% off on your hosting, VPS purchasing and 10% off on domain transfer/purchase.

With Domain .com, they also usually offer many good discounts for domain .com, .net, .org...they're commonly flash sales that take place in a short time. Their services are also good with fast and friendly support. If you want to buy, you need hurry to catch their flash sale that end up very fast.

So I would like to recommend 3 domain registrars to you. I hope this helps.

    Good luck to you!

I check my domains at iwantmyname.com since they are trusted in their ethics(never register with them, expensive), but I register my domains at namecheap.com and uniregistry.com depending on register price AND renewal price, uniregistry.com also has a great control panel, worth mentioning.

If youre planning to move multiple domains and want to reduce on the renewal fee, I'd say resellerclub is a good choice.

I think it's very useful if you have many domains need to be renewed at the same time (hundreds or thousands of domains), by default you have a discount 40% off when you renew your domains when joining GDDC, this is a high percent at this time because renewal coupons are very rare now.

However, there’s another way that can save you 27% off when renewing your domains. That’s changing your default currency to INR currency (India Rupee). All you guys can read this article in order to know about the processes here: Godaddy renewal promo code 2017 active and latest currently

    I hope this helps.

Anything but 1&1. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs.

I usually use NameSilo, NameCheap, Name.com, InternetBS, and a couple others

I only used 1and1 when they had the unlimited 99 cent domain offer. All the domains I bought are still on the 1and1 account. Sure, I agree to everyone that 1and1 isn't a great option anymore. Their support is more than terrible. The biggest problem of the all is with a large domain count in one account - it's hard to manage the invoices. You can't see for which ones you have already paid and which not.
Haven't had problems with canceling and getting a refunds from them though.
