What ranks best now?

Hi there,
lately I have been trying to rank different web properties:

slim websites
websites with a fair amount of content (70+ pages)
youtube videos
free web 2.0 properties

Youtube videos used to rank great for me, but lately I keep getting less and less results from using my PBN and other usual backlinking methods.

I was wondering what properties work best for you now?

Quality works awesome. Not super quick, but in 30-40 days if you play your cards right, you can rank low - medium comp keywords.

The word "quality" is so abstract that it does not mean anything in this case. Did you just want to promote your website or what?
 
I have been dying to get my hands on some good youtube seo strategies. I hope someone will come enlighten us with some practical strategies for the lay youtube user.
 
Have you tried churn and burn on Youtube videos? I mean, really big amounts of spammy backlinks directly to ur video. Like 100k or 200k
 
Personally I think using a PBN is it a bit problematic, because if one of your sites starts to accrue any type of SEO erosion then it'll pass on to the rest. I keep my sites independent from each other so if one of them starts dropping I can just replace it with a different site that has better stats.

I am trying it at the moment but I am building only about 2k average quality links which will be dripped over 2 weeks. This is still a lot compared to my last strategy that used to work great for two years - small amount of only the highest quality links with strong spammy tier 2.
 
Mixture of PBN with others (quality web 2.0s, parasites, 301s, guest posts, homepage links, etc). Also i've noticed that some sites are ranking on top with PURE spam.. so It probably depends on niche.
 
It is really important to consider the keyword that you use when you want to increase your ranking in search engine or gain web traffic, you should do keyword research to pick right and relevant keywords.

I have been doing SEO for five years, I know what's up. I just want to hear feedback from other people about their current experiences.
