I do this on the side for fun. I can scan a pretty fast speed (around 40-45k IPs per minute) so I can cover a lot of ground. I tend to stay away from publicly scraped lists as they die extremely quick and are shit usually from what most people say. I stick to port scanning, either by ISP, or by range. As for numbers, on a good day I can probably scan around 7-10k online and working, and on a bad day, maybe 5k-ish. Although to be honest, I've never really compiled a huge master list of the ISP's and ranges. Also I try to steer clear of the L3's so I'll stop scanning those a lot of times if I notice that a certain ISP or range is yielding nothing but L3's. All in all though under optimal conditions on a good day if I compiled everything I think I could scan over 10k online and valid and if we through in all the L3's that number might crawl as high as 15k. If you're taking a similar approach and scanning your own fresh instead of leeching or scraping though, you'll have quite a few people interested in buying them. I've shared some of mine with a few friends for free just because I buy subscriptions for mine, but I've probably turned down a dozen people the last couple months requesting to buy them on a regular basis, mainly because I don't want to get tied down with it. I think you'd find quite a few people willing to buy them though.

Its not possible to get 1000 live proxy at any time (google passed) from scraping
I think he meant working, or at least that's how I took it and responded. I'm not positive how the one's I find would do for passing Google, although I used to give some to a friend who was using them create Youtube accounts and they worked great he said. I wasn't getting tons like that though, and since I don't use Scrapebox I don't really have a good way to check, but I would think it would cut my entire list by damn near half of what I could scan.

I haven't looked at any proxy scraping tools, but eliteproxy switcher had a built in scraping service that i paid $9 for. Was it worth it ? I'd say it was good for basic scraping needs. I was able to get ~150 google passed proxies in about 30 or 40 minutes that all worked quite well for basic scraping needs. Now I use 20 shared proxies for $9 and its faster, and they don't die.

true - but if u listen to what cash is saying - if you port scan public proxies
from isp - home users - business address blocks u can get this
but we wont tell where to scan , because thats the hard part
there still public proxies - but u cant scrape them, been selling via this
format for 10 yrs .
you start here 0.0.0.0 end here 255.255.255.255
throw in thousands of port combos - good look with it
should keep you busy for months and months looking
