What proxy can prevent google asking for phone number when create youtube account?

i am creating a lot of youtube accounts
using adspower.
proxy using webshare, but 7 out of 10 times it ask for mobile number

is there any other good proxies service provider or is webshare residential IP can prevent this? thanks

for social media accs 4g mobile is recommended
but theres no guarantee they wont ask

4g mobile proxy but that also depend on fingerprint.

Only fresh IP works, hard to find

any good vendor suggest? i asked webshare and they say they dont have exactly called 4g proxy...lol
