What Proxy better to use for FB ads

Must be:
1) Static proxy and 2) Residential proxy.

you should choose residential proxy and keep one ip for one account.

Forgive me if I'm asking noob questions that's cringy but I have to ask:

I'm doing research on how to use anti-detection browsers & proxies to open multiple FB accounts to run ads.
I've been considering using myprivateproxy.net to get private proxies. On each plan it says it does "monthly randomize."
It sounds like they're constantly switching IP addresses for each request.

Wouldn't that trigger FB to ban or restrict your account?

Or does monthly randomize actually provide more anonymity and prevent such blocks?

Again, I apologize for asking such cringy questions but because I'm new to this, I wonder if I'm understanding things correctly when I read and watch other folks are saying.

What kind of proxy do you use?

Personally, as an agency for FB ads, i highly recommend you US proxies. I've told that to many of my clients and they're all having a good time with it. If you need any help, just tell me.

You can try HTTP proxy type or Socks5. I think you will enjoy using it, it's very good.

i used HTTP proxy and Socks5, it's quite good, mainly singapore and usa,
you can use it

I'm using a pretty good and stable HTTP proxy. Can you try it to see if it's stable?

PROXY US is good for advertising
