What proxies to use for YouTube comment rating?

Title says it all. At the moment I'm having a little trouble finding good proxies to use to rate my comments, any help would be appreciated.

Honestly , anyone who says to get private proxies for comment rating is either stupid, not really in the game, promoting his service, or has no idea what he is talking about.

Private proxies should be the last thing you should be buying(because they are expensive compared to the others) , go for shared proxies if you can but best option for a service that has a big pool of proxies to use . Reason is proxies get blacklisted,softblocked and ghosted literally as fast as you can use them. If that happens, well you better go buy more private proxies cause you can surely bet those proxies will be disabled for a while at best or useless at worst.
