Gotta love it.

I've used Highproxies IG proxies and proxy-n-vpn and neither of them allow liking photos.. Instant like block after 12 likes on an 8 year old personal account that was on rest for 2 weeks.

It was actually probably the best answer. It's indirectly suggesting him to do some research for them on his own. You're not going to find good proxies for IG by word of mouth in a public forum anymore, as majority of the providers proxies have been abused and flagged for one thing or another.

I can tell you I use xprovider.com and the proxies are perfect and can do everything without any blocks, and you go buy those same proxies and get blocks instantly. It's just the nature of the game. Only way to find working proxies is by self research and testing, as some of the ones sold by a provider can be clean while the next batch be flagged.
