What programming languages do I need to learn?

This will definitely help. Web Development isn't a big task. You can complete in less than One month as per your dedication. I myself is a developer and I am doing affiliate marketing now-a-days. You will extra deep into the online world when you know development. And nothing is waste everything worth its learning.

Actually, I am not good at programming. But, I'd recommend learning Java and Php as these two are most familiar and dominating in the web development field.

Depends your needs but starting with HTML/CSS3 then Javascript and Php/Mysql and you will be good to go.
You'll find a lot of ressources out there and there are also free MOOC's which can be very helpful.
