    VB.net
    Visual C #
    Visual C++

    I actually got a free legit copy of VS, although I finished uni about a year ago I was able to download a copy from the Dreamspark website, pretty handy.

    VB.net is pretty easy to learn, youll be banging out bots in no time. Google will teach you everything.... I know nothing about C#/C++ so I cant comment on those.

    Im going to say VB.net,

    If you ask which one is easier the answer is depends.
    If you have background using Vb6, of course VB.NET is a lot of easier than C#
    But if you have background using C/C++, C# is definitely easier.
    If you don't have any programming experience at all, I suggest C#
