What program to use for creating videos like this?

I would like to make picture videos like this with cool transitions like in the video. Anyone know an easy to use program for that?

Yes. This is professional software for making videos. If you never made a video before in AE, you will waste around 2-3 days for 1 video.

Adobe after effects probably but it's able to do it with Sony Vegas Pro 11 or 12. But learning this software is required time.

You can produce them much quicker with templates. Just google Adobe after effect templates

that would require a lot of after effects trickery, a lot of rotoscoping and alot of time. I wouldn't bother trying to be this ambitious unless you're already proficient in after effects. It takes a hell of a lot of time to learn.

If I had to copy the video and remake it in after effects it would be pretty easy.. but if I had to make from scratch then it's a tedious task. As they say the biggest limitation in after effects is a man's own creativity.
