If you're talking about writing your own bot, then you need some language.

Microsoft Visual Studio is free now for small projects. There are other free solutions and tons of free languages like Python or Perl.

I need to find someone who can make the bot...
but i just wanted to know what program is needed.
So if someone know about Microsoft Visual Studio, he can make the bot like FL?
