I use quite a lot of filters in Outlook and Thunderbird, so my inbox mail goes into folders automatically via them.

I'm currently using Trello for bigger projects and Microsoft To-Do for daily tasks. A great combo for me right now, but there are soo many amazing suggestions here might have to explore

The two main productivity tools that I use are todoist - I’m a big fan of this app for many years - and also simplyfile for outlook which is a good plugin for intelligent filing of emails and it helps me to keep my inbox at zero.

Hey David - thought you'd like this ;)

Just got released to beta (10 minutes ago). Gamechanger for me. Love it.

Synctuition & Brain.fm for focusing

Another gamechanger from you. First Slack, now Brain.fm.
Just bought it this morning and have used it the past 8 hours - really worth the money.

Thank you! :D

Haha awesome, I'm glad I've been of some small assistance! Definitely worth the money, they're awesome. Glad you're enjoying it.

And if you get a chance to try Synctuition give it a shot as well. I've shown a few people - some absolutely love it and some hate it, so it could go either way for you lol. I use it about halfway through the day before switching gears to a different batch of projects, and once again at night right before bed; its had a profound effect on my life in the past few months I've been using it.

Nothing beats pen & paper for me. I always have a bunch of sheets sitting on my desktop.

I tried this the other day and wasn't convinced. It actually got rather annoying.

You can find chilled out music on Youtube and bang it on for an hour.
