What problems should I have in Keyword Researche?

I have the doubt if I am doing things well, since I have written certain articles in parasites with keywords with difficulty 0, also making sure that I do not have any competition with these keywords in Google USA, nor that there are no YouTube videos.
While other times, I have used Keywords with more difficulty and with more skills and I have ranked.
Is there a factor that I am missing?

Yes, I always try at least, 100-500 monthly searches!

Thank you! Could it be, how could I corroborate it, looking at the plagiarism meter, or could there be another factor that I should check?
 
Well, it could be plagiarism, on-page SEO, or not the right type of content. User intention can be a hidden problem. You can't rank for keywords like 'best tattoo designs' by writing an article without pictures.
 
Try to do keyword research properly, also check keyword searches and keyword density.
 
have you consider keywords intension while selecting the right one for your articles.
 
Keyword intent is important as well as backlinks
 
Have they been indexed? There is a major issue with the indexing these days.
