what price for a viral script

Hello i worked last 10 months on a big project and hired 2 fulltime programers for it who were just working on that.
We started last week a 7 day test run on the script and its really extremly heavy as i expected it.With a small amount of start promotion 3 days it went viral and earnings went up on day 7 to over $800/day (using something similar like content locker).After 7 days i took the offer offline to fix some small bugs.
Now i'm thinking how to maximize the profit out of the script.My concern is that people will see that script and idea and instantly start replicate it which will take at least 2 months.
So i have to expect big competition after 2 months.
I'm thinking now how to saturate that market myself.If i should start some jv providing that script on my own servers and take my cut or if i should sell that script for a good price.
Both sides have pros and cons.Hosting the scripts on my own servers will make for sure that hackers will try to hack my servers and resell that script.
Selling that script for cash wont give me much profit as there will be only a one time fee
Choosing the right jv partners wont be also easy.

Maybe you guys have an idea how to maximize profits in a safe way where i can protect my script

forgat to mention that script is working "blackhat" but both sides customer and sponsor are aware about this fact and willing to use/exept it.

if you can make $800/day then surely you can hire a top admin to setup and secure your server from hackers.

I guess you never saw real hackers in action.
There is a reason why you can buy almost any database for the right amount of money.

What protection have you used?
If it is PHP then have a look at ionCube or something similar.

Once you sell the script or release it, it will be cracked eventually and released into the wild anyway.

I guess i will go with the jv option just need a good solution against hackers so they can't steal it from my servers or a solution if they steal it that it will be useless for them
