What PPI network can monetize my software using their own installers with offers?

I made a thread earlier similar to this, however I'm not sure I was clear. Not to mention this seems like its a pretty dead section of BHW.

So I have software I that I would like to monetize by adding an installer with offers to it. It seems that most PPI networks are no longer around, and I'm having a real hard time trying to find any that can do what I'm looking for. Accepting worldwide traffic would also be something I would like, however if not I may be able to live with US/UK traffic.
