I have a $500.00 budget to start. Which is a better source of traffic to start PPC for a newbie? Facebook, 7search, Adwords...?

I'd say your money will probably be best spent on FB. The traffic from FB ads can be super target if you're putting in the right demographics, which means high quality leads. What are you planning on promoting?

If you use legal niches adwords will fit you very well, but keep in mind that you need to make some research before in order to gain proffit.

Adwords most definitely, prices are good for how directed the clicks are.
