What potential methods can generate money from a specific niche email list?

Hello everyone!

I'm an experienced software engineer. I've lurked in the forum for a while, but this is my first post.
I realise that I need to know about marketing to build a product or launch an affiliate campaign successfully.

Below is the list I can think of:

• Build products/tools (software) that solve people's problems.
• Cold email with affiliate offers.

Record info: email, age, birthday, and full name, photo

Welcome (black hat) tricks from you all.

What exactly are you interested in? And what do you see with regards its relevance or popularity on the net? is it growing? is there a fan base? Is it a niche that is evergreen? Can you monitise with t-shirts!? (lol everyone loves a branded t-shirt)

Pick things that you can clearly see there is a need for and an active lack of, with a good validated and segmented user base.

You are at the business setup stage; you don't have a method identified to make money or an MVP project or 2 in the works to capitalize on. So keep looking for something till you hit the eurarka / light bulb moment, of opportunity, that is within your knowledge, then grasp it and you tightly by the balls, and work. By balls I mean American footballs! Touch down from the quarter back! lol

If you know the profile of your leads - just send the traffic to a high converting landing page

Promote your own software or tools. If you develop software, your email list can be a great way to market it. Share updates, tips, and exclusive offers to encourage conversions.

If you have a high quality specific list I'd definitely recommend building your own recurring product around that niche that solves an issue they might be having

=> It's a very active community.
Is it growing?/Is it a niche that is evergreen?
=> Absolutely.
Is there a fan base?
=> No, I have the data by scaping; no one knows me.
Can you monetize with t-shirts!?
=> Man, I thought about it. But the problem is they can order the products and intend not to receive them to kill me because I send cold emails to them. Am I missing anything?

Maybe you can create a blog or YouTube channel related to your niche to drive traffic to your products or affiliate marketing products
