Port 25 is an SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) port, or in other words, port 25 is used to send emails out and to receive emails as well. ... In other words, if it tells the port is open, this means emails can reach your server. Therefore you can receive emails.

You can sending email via locally as a mail server mate but about spamming emil i don't know

It depends if your mail server is configured to be an open relay. You should investigate it further as this would be very bad. What mail server are you running or why is port 25 open in the first place?

It's used for sending emails.
But even if port 25 is open if IP of VPS is blacklisted,
email will go to spam.
Better to use transactional email providers like MailGun, SendGrid or Gmass with warmed gmails.

Um... it means port 25 is open.. as in, not closed? Chnage it on the console or contact your hosting providers
