What plugin/script they're using?

im trying to search the net for a plugin or script that is the same with this site; topblogs.com.ph .. where they can track the statistics of each site registered to them like number of unique visitor, unfortunately, i cannot find it

maybe someone here at bhw can figure out how can topblogs.com.ph track the statistics of each registered website...
