Hey guys. I want to setup a membership site where each member would have access to a plugin that he can use.

What WP plugin does this? Is this difficult to do?

A plugin that they have to buy and will be available within member's area for each of them after they show proof of purchase! I cant tell the name now...dont have permission yet!

So you basically want an eCommerce site with memberships correct?
Try something like this:
http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-e-commerce/
and this:
http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-user-frontend/
or some other form of frontend user registration plugin.

I used DAP (digital access pass) plugin with WP site. May be it will work for you
