Hey everyone,
Social media keeps changing so fast that it’s hard to know where to focus. Lately I’ve been trying out different platforms to see which ones actually deliver decent reach and engagement, but the results have been all over the place.

I’m curious, which social platforms are you spending most of your time on right now, and why? Are you seeing better growth on newer platforms, or are the classics still performing for you?

Would love to hear what’s been working for you so far this year.

I’m testing a mix of platforms, but results are hit-or-miss. Newer ones give quick reach, while the classics still bring steadier, higher-quality traffic. Using the fast platforms for discovery and the stable ones for long-term growth has worked best for me.

Instagram. it's much easier then tiktok to generate traffic and hit explore.

I am spending more time on Instagram and TikTok. I am getting more traffic from any other social platform on Instagram and TikTok. By the way which new platform you are talking about?

TikTok is also a very potential platform. Besides, Reddit is also making a very strong comeback.

The TikTok platform is growing rapidly. I prefer tiktok the most

Right now I’m spending most of my time on TikTok and YouTube Shorts they still give the best organic reach for the effort.
Instagram works, but growth is slower unless you post consistently.
I test everywhere, then double down on whichever platform is giving the best retention and watch time that month.

I think TikTok is great for promoting content, making it easier for new content creators to get exposure. Short video content thrives on this platform, delivering high engagement, especially for entertaining or informative videos.

If you’re going with an older platform, there’s Facebook, which, although its organic reach is decreasing, still has a large user base. Great for niche communities and older demographics. Paid advertising can still be effective if targeted correctly.
