Does anyone know what platform this site was built on? I can't figure it out. Also, if it's WordPress, any idea what membership plugins are used? It's - diablo3secrets Sorry, I can't post links. Thanks!

If you're talking about diablo3secrets.com, Its built with Dremweaver.

Looking at the source code, I'd say it is a regular CSS site not built on any platform such as Joomla or Wordpress etc. Looks like it was built with Microsoft Expressions, lots of MsoNormal tags.
