What Platform Do You Use To manage your projects / workers

Just trying to get organized and I noticed a shit load of online platforms for project sharing / scheduling, etc.. I am not a fan of giving google docs all the info about what links I am building, etc.. What do you guys use to manage your projects / workers effectively?

I am also interested to know about this.

I have the same issues and couldn't figure out a good tool.

I use post it notes as soon as it comes to my mind and then put them up on a white board or large piece of paper then use string to connect the dots. I haven't found a good tool online yet.
