What percentage anchor text variation do you use with scrapebox?

Hi guys

I am intending on using scrapebox to promote some web 2.0 properties, nothing to over the top though, I don?t intend on been really silly with it. Anyway I was wondering in regards to varying your anchor text, how many different keywords do you use, do you use a person?s name with some of them to make it look more natural and what kind of percentages do you use? Basically how are you varying your anchor text?
