Back then was Liberty Reserve, now I want to start some bussiness and don`t know what to use to take payments secure , with e-currency.

Bitcoin is an option but its to volatile so people are afraid to use it, need something common but safe

What do you suggesT?

Who will give me the best answer will get a special prize from me :D

Perfect Money WebMoney but those are restricted to those that live in USA but of course there are ways around that but if you have global buyers including USA you gotta use Bitcoin its the best overall option, UKash is a recommendation but still Bitcoin is still preferred

Ummm...I'm pretty sure it is impossible to avoid chargebacks. If there was a processor that guaranteed no chargebacks, there wouldn't be a need for any other bank!

What are you selling? Because chargebacks are pretty much a given in the digital products world.

Chargeback prevention falls to the merchant. If you want to avoid chargebacks, then you need to put in the work to avoid/detect/prevent fraud. Or, hire a company to do chargeback management for you - we use Chargebacks911.
