What Password Manager do you use?

The amount of website hacks have been increased in the last couple of weeks. My inbox is flooded with messages from companies that claims their user base has been hacked and uploaded @ the internet.
I have been using a password manager in the past (LastPass) - but I am currently looking for a better solution. I have checked out Dashlane and it looks pretty decent.

What will be your recommendation in terms of usability and safety?

Festinger : Better Solution to LastPass.
Me : Still LastPass.

LP is quite robust - See no reason to change yet.
 
1Password is by far the best solution I ever came across. Strongly recommended.
 
i didnt use this method cuz i have long ago registered accounts and i dont have time to change this.
Use Platform + ur characters
e.g - paypalYournameidk1039
- steamYournameidk1039
etc
 
I was going to suggest KeePass (i use it, i sacrificed usability for security hehe) but as you need usability more, go with dashlane (don't forget to get their browser extension). You may look into 1Password as well.
 
I am using Bitwarden paid version and I am pretty pleased about it until now.

I just tried your username and the following password @ BHW:
bhwKacperhehe1039 - but it says: invalid password. :(

that would be very easy to crack with dictionary attack (might be hard for brute force). The entropy of this password is good though.
 
Never use one cause i dont trust them . Some of them i wrote in my small notebook.. :D
 
I write it in a diary and keep it with me,I never trust online password managers as we don't know when they will scam you :) as also many scams have already increased nowedays.
 
I've used Dashlane the past 2 years but switched last week to LastPass.

The Dashlane extension is terrible. Logging into PayPal is a 5-minute task.

They have a prettier interface, but LastPass is much better when it comes to functionality.

Agree, always used LastPass, and will probably never switch. Very fast, auto-fill & great functionality, fast on mobile as well. And completely free.
 
I use eset password manager on windows and keychain on mac. I don't like lastpass, I find the auto functioning very clumsy.
 
none. I have all of my login credentials saved in a .txt file that I backed up to dropbox and to external HDD. I have stopped using password managers a decade ago. In 2008 I had purchased a premium account for RoboForm for $10 which should have granted me full access to RoboForm for all eternity but then, several years later when RF 2.0 had come out I was required to pay $20 to continue using the service. When I asked their support why I had to buy the product again they've told me "this is a new, complete product" even though RF was being the same obviously, just the interface was changed :) ... So yeah, no more managers for me. The few dozen usernames and passwords that I use every now and then can very well sit in a simple txt file. I'm not that lazy that I can't be bothered to type in my username and password once a month...
