What panel has stable Instagram followers & likes right now?

Hey there,

does anyone know a panel that has really stable, fast delivered Instagram followers & likes right now? The one's I'm using right now seems to have some problems (Instagram updates?) and I would need quite a bit like right now as fast as possible.

The price doesn't really matter right now*

It seems like most panels are having problems since the last follow block wave. Might take a few weeks until they are back to normal (or it might never happen)

Most panels started working again, so everything is a-ok
