What other niche is not saturated?

There is definitely a reason earnings are dropping month after month on the movie niche websites.
You could try the selling SEO services niche if you don't mind lying and cheating people. Those are still going strong with fake revenue reports. I watched a 4 day old one (no shit - 4 days old) sell for $2850 last night using an auction domain purchased 11-03-2012, fake PayPal screenshot and fake traffic report.
The ignorance of Flippa and their buyers still surprises me. What surprised me even more is how unethical sellers can be to people a bit more ignorant then themselves. I say a bit more because the sellers aren't smart at all, just crooks selling a lie to buyers even dumber then themselves. A smart seller would never claim 11 months of income with the Google cache still showing the new Hello World! home page from just 3 days ago.
Other than the fake services sites you need to get some real niche sites that get traffic (not the kind with 50-95% bounce rates - LMFAO) and earn a bit of money per month for 6 months. Those still sell on Flippa to the mid-intelligence buyers. The dumb ones won't buy them because they believe all those SEO services sellers that they'll make $1000 a week with fake traffic. The smart ones won't buy them because they'd rather invest in higher end property with better track records. But the mid-buyers will pick them up looking for a reasonable ROI in 4-6 months.

Wow, this is hilarious. It boggles my mind how can buyers be so dumb that they don't perform due diligence before shelling out money? The buy now button on that site points to paypal homepage FFS! Maybe there are lot of fake bids too? I m not sure.

LMFAO - toss in there golf, acne, snoring, hair loss, get ex back and quit smoking. Those are all winners also.
Domain Hosting using the free supersite templates from RC with claims of JUST get 200 clients and you'll make $1100 a month from a seller that doesn't have a frickin clue what it takes to support 200 web hosting clients. Just a couple hours a week I think is the latest figure for time involved.
Flippa anymore is better than reading the Sunday comics section.
