I'm getting a lot of impressions from 'other' what does it mean?
I'm getting external traffic?

well it mean "from other"... it may be your post being send via DM, someone saw the post because you tagged them, based on location. etc. There are many more options than "home,hashtags,profile" if thats your question

It combines views from posts:

• shared through messages,
• posts or notifications where you’ve been mentioned or tagged,
• saved posts
• and posts that show up on the Following tab in your notifications.

All other sources of impression other than hashtags, explore and profile. Why does it matter anyway?
