What on earth is Trump and Virtual Google doing in our Analytics?!

Guys,

I am not sure why this second link is appearing on our analytics. Also, our service is not anywhere related to Trump in anyway shape or form, why are these links appearing on our analytics? Could it be that someone is trying to harm our site ranking?
Is there a way to find out how it happened?

It's referral spam by some Russian guy named Vitaly Popov.

It's not just you and it was discussed in multiple threads already.

Amusingly, back when Vice covered it, I received a wave of spam claiming referral traffic from their site. They covered that, too: http://motherboard.vice.com/read/sp...le-analytics-with-motherboard-article-on-spam
