Hello :)

I have good success with SEO (4 years in black seo and white seo) but PPV is just does not work for me. Spent about $300 and got $70 back. Tested dating, downloads, loans, email submits. The problem is that traffic is really POOR. I use Prosper, and found some working targets but either traffic is low or bad convertions. I split test landing pages. But compared to SEO.... i just want to cry...

I work with Leadimpact. Offers come from Maxbounty and other networks.

What offers work good with PPV? Of what am I doing wrong?

IF you want any good from PPV, u got to hang on dude..without imposing any strict limitations on the affiliate's campaigns, it can be hard to find a starting point. If you're looking for the motivation to get stuck in to PPV, you obviously need to select an offer first.......go ahead

thanks for reply, but you speaking strange )
what exactly should I use?

I think its all about split testing...sadly this means u may loose some money..maybe hundreds maybe thousands...thats just the way PPV is buddy...its all about taking risks...:D

I use split testing :)
But offers just do not convert well. 2 kind of problem:
1. It converts but gives little amount of traffic
2. It has negative ROI but large amount of traffic.

How can I spy on competitors?

If you want to spy on your competitors then use something like spyfu and you will get more data.

I can not find on the spyfu site anything about PPV. I have my own keyword tools.

Anyone seen any success promoting physical products like clothing using PPV?

No one wanna share them success

Yeah I realize everyone wants to protect their hard work and time... just looking for a little general feedback. Not looking for any secrets or strategies...

Box of Ads is what you need for spying on your ppv competition!

I would first rotate about 5-10 offers to determine the best converting one before I start tracking down to the domain and keyword level.

You need to have your strategy before you start a campaign.

I had some success with dating offers on PPV. But it is only $10 - $20/day per campaign . It is too low.

What verticals have better margins or profits? Maybe health? Insurance? Loans?

It's just a part of PPV. Try to go with high paying offers. that's how with lower conversation you could make more and cover your expenses

Did you use Box of Ads yet? It looks very intereesting but only offers a 24 hour trial and $200 is a bit pricy just to test.

I've found having a landing page with audio or a video really helps because when they get the popup or popunder it starts playing. If they have their speakers on they hear it. Sure, they may go to click it off but you have a few seconds to grab their attention. Otherwise, most of them will just click the X and not even read the offer. You got to remember they are getting these popups all the time so after a while it's like second nature to click close without reading the offers.
