I'm almost following 7.5k (6.2k) already and I got banned already for unfollowing (old account), I do think you should unfollow less than you follow.

So... How much I should start unfollowing? I was following 50 and unfollowing 20 per hour but I don't think it's safe do unfollow 50 per hour.
What ratio do you guys use?

This account is almost 2 months old with 3.7k followers.

You've already answered your own question, the slower you go the safer you will be. There is no set number

but if I have to unfollow less than 40 per hour I mind as well focus on Twitter

I am daily following 1.2k and unfollowing 1.2k daily on the same day using followliker.
You might be doing something wrong
