What Niche

OK, I am in between these 3 niche's for a new auth website.

I will be buying about 70 articles that are 500 words long for the niche. and doing some minor SEO myself.
(I will be going after easy keywords)

The niches I am debating between are:
gardening
Home Reno
and
making money

The first two would be 100% adsense, the 3rd one would be runoff adsense, plus have a membership area for $x-$xx a month.

Can you guys help me decide.

I actually have not... as you can see the 3 I showed are extremely vague so you cannot see the exact thing I am going for from them.

I am just wondering which you guys think would make the most cash

it really depends what and how you will do things. for example, some niches could be very profitable, but too saturated. however if you have a good method you can earn a fortune. on the other site, there are niches with low competition, not so profitable, but since you can get on top of that niche easy it could be even better option in terms of ROI.

To have success with niche site is easy. They are few steps to get good serp:
Pre requirements: Strong niche and competition analys! <-- Very important.
1). Unique content.
2). Onpage seo.
3). Backlink building.
And after few weeks (depends on competition) you will hit first page.

The simple rule of finding a niche is to think what do you love most? what are you truly passionate about?

If a niche comes into your mind straight away when you ask yourself this - that's the one.

Write authentic articles that you love continuously, it's always a slow start only the people are consistent and dedicated succeed when it comes to blogging.

I would say go with 'gardening' or 'home reno' niche. The 'making money' niche is already so over saturated you might have a hard time becoming an authority site.
