Hello people,

so I thought about some niches for a few days now and finally want to create and build up a online shop/business.
But I dont know what niche would be the best.

The problem is that I live in germany and the shipping with Aliexpress is like around 25 days. Which is a lot in germany. Usually you get your products delivered within maximum 7 days. Also germany is much smaller than the US and there is a law that every german citizen has the right to return their product within 7 days. Which means that I as a dropshipper could be struggeling alot to get them refunds etc.

My ideas are:

Dropshipping (Aliexpress)

-BabyFashion (especially socks and shoes)
-Star Wars, Harry Potter, Game of thrones stuff

Selling GtA5 Mod service

- Recovery service which means that I can give them as much money and experience as they want
I would charge them around 10-20€ per service.

I hope you guys can help me and if you have better ideas for me that would be great too.

Thanks alot
AF

First rules, dont discuss your niche in public forums do your own research and take action.

Make terms and conditions clear, the buyer must check the "I accept" button so he agrees to your terms, this way you decide the shipping time and the return policy, since you both agree then you won't have to worry about the law you mentioned (but this is only an assumption you should re-confirm by consulting some kind of a lawyer)
And for your own good don't share your niche, the competition is already high

Not sure if that will be legally binding. If a companies terms contradict the rule of law of the country you are in then all bets are off. Tons of people put things like "no refunds or exchanges" in their terms but it does not mean shit if a person has a legal right to do so. So just be careful as this may not be the case in whatever country a person is selling in.

I don't think thats possible. I just found out that IF (;)) I would have a dropshipping business I need to register a company at the government and pay special taxes.

Niche research is hard but, super important. There's a lot of really great people in the marketplace that do niche research for a minimum amount of money. Seriously, these guys are great and, their research will get you off to the right start. If you're looking for several ideas to make money, this forum is full of them. If you need full guides and courses, there's hundreds in the downloads section sitting there for free. They've helped me a lot.
