What next?

Hey guy. So in the end I managed to do something and started something with Youtube + PPD and Vagex.
I have uploaded 1 video in my Youtube account just to see how it works. I managed to do this:
Vagex stats:
Views: 122
Likes: 3
Subs: 6

Youtube stats:
Views: 104
Thumbs up: 9
Subscribers: 9

And as for the PPD site these are the stats:
Earnings: 0.00$
Impressions: 1
Clicks: 1
Downloads: 0

As you can see I have some views (thanks to vagex) but no download at all...
What do you think I should do next?

Well you must understand that vagex is an views exchange program. Its not natural traffic. So people wont click much on your links. best way is to rank your videos in Youtube, and fr that you have much topics in the youtube category of this forum
