a good surgery costs a lot. I live on an Island. And i have to fly to another country and pay a professional surgeon for a operation on my Diaphragma, the shit cost like 20k. I am not thinking about a private jet or a lambo. I make like between 3-6k a month with my daily Internet Work. But yeah with a family, there is like 500 a month for savings for my surgery. So only 40 month to archive my goal or try new ways to earn more.

Being poor is really painful. Whenever I feel demotivated, I just recall the times when I was stuck in a monotonous 8-5 job just for the paycheck, feeling like a slave. It instantly reignites my motivation. :)

Hats off mate, for me it is my son who suffered a rare disease called kawasakis disease at only 2years old.
I'm only 29 but I'm burnt out worked 8 years straight 85+ hours per week.
