What more can i do to get ranked ?

I really need your help ,
i made a micro niche website and i made every thing i can do to get ranked at least in page no. 1 in google . i posted comments in blogs i posted in profiles in forums
i do made bookmark for my website in most bookmarking websites
i made a video with the keyword and uploaded it in nearly all video website like youtube metcafe ... etc .
i made many blogs and posted my website in it with the keyword .
about two weeks and i am working so hard i think nothing i didn't do till i got pain in my backbone and my eyes got tired from long time working on this website .
i'm using seo techniques i know and Wordpress .

i was ranked in page 10 then page 4 then beginnning of page 3 in google and i was so happy that me website is going to page number 1 and make 5 $ a day ( My dream ).
All what i did to make website faster to load i made a new page and made it the main page and posted a post in it with referring to the other topics in the other posts .

Then i am now in page 10 again !!! all what i did and this effort i found another thing
( Losing my indexed links from webmaster tool ) two time
first i lost some links and today i lost onother links !!

Why Why Why
I'm really in bad mood hope you can help with any suggestion or help
I will be appreciated for that . i have no problem to post my website and keyword to tell me where is the wrong but i'm afraid to be violationg the forum rules .

Get some paid high pr links from a blog network.

actually it's very hard to me to make investment because i already made before and lost them nearly

High PR Blog Network links for instant results...otherwise kick out some unique content on Web 2.0's and backlink those babies and you should do fine. Unlike those other spammier link types the Web 2.0's are very unlikely to get deleted, then you can build those lower quality links to the Web 2.0's and worry less about the spammy links being devalued because you'll still have the high quality ones pointing to your site.

If you lack the resources to invest in having someone else do your SEO for you, then yes it will take work, work, and more work from your end. Web 2.0s are nice for building Tier 1 properties, so if you've been doing that, keep at it. Can you give us an idea of the keyword research you did? If you've chosen a hard keyword to rank for, it should be of little surprise that a <2 month old site with only manual backlinking isn't anywhere close to sniffing the top 10.
