What methods work best to get a top comment/thread on Reddit?

Recently got banned when i upvoted my own post from second reddit account.

Just use microworkers and you'll be fine.
Never could understand the point of creating many accounts for upvoting... microworkers are much cheaper and less time consuming.

You could just buy upvotes from a vendor here.

If you want easy post karma, take a post that did really well in the past month from nostupidquestions and crosspost to askreddit and ask, and vice versa

Yeah, buying the upvotes, but some comments will just not achieve first position even if they have the most.
That's what i'm asking, is it also relevant the time doing the upvotes etc
