What methods or process does Adwords use to verify Billing? Anyone have any ideas?

I can't understand how adwords suspends every account for being unable to verify billing. Evrything I put in is Legit and they can get a hold of me on the Phone # I provide, however they never call. So how are they attempting to verify billing? I even tried Manual payments and and deposited money and they still suspend the account.

there are a lot of different factors including flash version, cookies, os, browser, etc..

it is better to create account from other computer and better from other IP =)

Anyone here ould provide accounts taking care of all those factors?
