There are already sticky's on every category which are worth reading.
Lsting all "workable" methods is like asking for it on a platter. Go find something you are interested in doing..and then search how to do it properly on bhw. threads like these keep popping up everyday and it really takes the forum quality downhill.
Instead of asking for general methods...why not find a method and post your case study(If you REALLY want to help them newbs)
