I use subreddits and cross-posting on Reddit.
For blog posts on my sites that target more competitive niches, I use a professional indexing platform.
The good news is that once you develop a solid domain authority, indexing is fairly quick, assuming you need rapid indexing because your niche requires it.
But I haven't had any complaints for the most part because Google easily finds my content anyway.
