Hi,

I serach for reliabble proxy for paypal use and i find Sock 5 Servers (Paypal Approved) what that means?

Socks 5 is a type of a proxy server. I, however, use TOR (The Onion Router). Search on g00gle. Free and reliable enough for PayPal use.

Hey renarssilters, first thanks for ur reply.
Want note that i have verified US PP acct even i live in morocco,so can TOR help me ?

Definitely - yes. I have Latvian verified PayPal. With TOR you can choose which country to relay through, so you can choose to have an American IP when connecting to PayPal.

I make search on google and find in a forum this post:
"TOR does have to be set up very carefully though so that only certain exit nodes are used and not just random ones every time. Also you would have to set up the cookie storing as TOR general settings do not allow cookies and makes every connection look like a clean new connection which would cause issues with ebay and paypal. "

If true what i should do to keep my acct safe?

"TOR does not STORE cookies" is the correct phrase. It allows them, but clears it every time you close the TOR browser, which is the same as clearing your normal browser's privacy settings. No issues with PayPal or eBay there. Also, it does not make a "clean, new connection" every time you click somewhere. It only does that when you click "Request a new identity" on TOR's control panel, or close and reopen TOR.

If i connect to my PP via TOR can i have any risk(limitation)?

I doubt it. I have been doing that for years without problems.

I opened acct from VPN with USA IP but i got limitation 2 times in just 3 days!!
i will try now tor and give you my report

What i should Download?
Tor Browser Bundle version 1.3.16, Download (sig) Tor Browser Instant Messaging Bundle version 1.3.15, Download (sig) Tor Browser Bundle version 1.3.16 source code, Download Tarball (sig) Stable Vidalia Bundle works with Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2003 Server, Download Stable (sig) Unstable Vidalia Bundles works with Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2003 Server, Download Unstable (sig) Stable Expert Bundle works with Windows 98SE, ME, Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2000, 2003 Server, Download Stable (sig) Unstable Expert Bundle works with Windows 98SE, ME, Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2000, 2003 Server, Download Unstable (sig)

Browser bundle comes with Firefox with TOR already pre-configured. I'd go with that.

Socks 5 (aka Socket 5) is a type of proxy server. It is preceded by Socks 4.

For PayPal I would suggest you just use a VPN to be honest.

I also tried VPN with PP but the account gets limited very fast. I think most of the VPN IPs are recorded or logged by them somehow so they catch it very fast. I think VPN is no more a good solution. I am going to try TOR now :)

agree with redrabbit VPN is no more good solution

when i used it makes things more complicated so i dont recommend it my acct get limited faster and resolution center ask me more docs.

I hope you guys are trolling/joking when you suggest Tor for PayPal account ?

I mean the question of OP was not "what is the best way to get my PayPal account limited forever?"

Socks5 will work well with Paypal web site, depending on locations, etc. If you live in USA, USA paypal account, and use USA socks, it will work.

Note: HTTPS will work well too.
