What matters most for Tiktok account creation?

Has anyone noticed change in views or change in anything really when using high quality mobile proxies 4g/5g vs residential vs VPN? Does the mobile proxy matter during the account creation the most and after you can use VPN or residential to upload video? I am starting to think Tiktok suppresses views somehow, but I am not sure how exactly. I see people create accounts right away and get a lot of views. I am pretty sure this is down to making an US account with high quality 4G/5G proxy or just luck. It doesn't make sense.

In my opinion acting like a regular user matters the most, for example don't use it on desktop with a VPN. Views mostly depend on good content, retention and a bit of luck from the algorithm.
