Whoever heads a place is responsible for the atmosphere in that place, so you have to give it to the ingenuity of the site owner to pick square pegs and put them in square holes as administrators and moderators. Its also the ability to know when someone needs to be sacked, warned, corrected or encouraged and not hesitating to do the needful when necessary. So why is BHW doing good, because the owner had and has visionary leadership.

blackhatworld is the only forum where I have just one account, lol got loads of forum accounts elsewhere multiple times. Its nice to browse somewhere I don't have to worry about working, and yet, there are plenty of tips, growing daily.

This forum goes from strength to strength, it's well run, well moderated and while other forums have died a death since changing hands, this forum has grown and grown.

There are/were 2 other forums I was a member of, both with the same initials. One was bought out by a huge company who screwed it up, changed the layout and it went down the toilet. The other isn't even online anymore.

This is the only forum where sales threads are moderated, tested then either approved or rejected. It's also the only forum with the SL section, to mediate possible scams or mis-selling.

It's funny how sellers banned from here are still selling on other forums though.

Elites helps the new guys and new guys become better and some of them become elites and cycle repeat itself.
At the end of the day, it's the mod and every people managing doing the hard work to maintain this forum.
It's wouldnt take time to make this forum a waste. But this forum comes out of the top and survive till now that makes this forum so unique
It's not that there are no forum in competition with BHW, it's just BHW has survived its way through.

I am a member of 10+ online forums, no forum is as addictive as this one, some reasons are:

• Frequent update of all type of information
• Valuable stuff being shared regularly
• Opportunity to make money(if you are a paid member, money makes money)

To put it simply I feel there is just a huge wealth of knowledge here. In addition to that, there is a real sense of community whereby people actually help each other, give advise and share information.

This goes for the members and the staff alike.

Those to things combined make the forum very valuable imho.

No tolerance for bullshit or preying on newbies. Self-proclaimed gurus are laughed at. Regulated big marketplace. The ability to settle cases in the shitlist section, the dedication of the mods there. The vast amount of free information. The Download section. The Journeys section. Members are helping each other free of charge. Literally zero spam thanks to mods. Rules are the same for everyone, no exception. And of course the dark theme.
