I'm interested in learning what affiliates want and/or need from an affiliate program (besides a big cut ). I understand the need for graphics (box shots, banners, etc.), but what else would make things easier for you?

No ideas are too outrageous here.

Fast and good looking landing page(s), weekly payments and different payment methods are some of the things I usually look for. Qualified and available account managers are always a nice plus, cheers!

also to see a clear panel of stats - atleast good updates, by email or panel

good customer service, high payouts, direct offers, generally prefers to work on CPM/CPC in my experience anyways. payment on time, and a good system for tracking stats also important!
