What Makes an Account Considered as "Aged"?

Hello BHW. I want to get into Instagram+OGads and the first step is getting some accounts. My plan is to manually make my own accounts and let them "age". I've seen that in order to not get banned you need an aged account.

My question is how long does an account need to wait until it is aged enough to be used? Also when is a good time to put my OGads link in my bio? After a day? A week? A month?

Btw if anyone knows a good niche and how many people to follow per day so the account doesn't get banned that would help me out but my main question is above^.

Wait 2-4 weeks before using newly created account.

While waiting do I just literally do nothing to the account?

I have done manually with a brand new account and i didnt wait. if you are using a bot you should probably let it age, but to me that makes no sense. If you want IG to think you are real then act real. Who makes an account and lets it sit without doing anything for weeks then starts following like crazy and such. I'm not a pro at this yet so take that for what you will.

if it helps i created an account and 3 days later i set up full speed on Instagress... its been a monthish and no problems so far

but i believe instgress does keep the max settings a more tame than say MP

How long should I wait until posting an affiliate link in my bio?
