if it give money its good , if no money , then not good ;)
 
Great UI/UIX, usability, mobile first approach, content for users and search engines, optimized code and performance...lots of thing :D
 
Simplicity, ease of use, modern non-complex design (if you have not studied design you probably can't tell if its a good design).
